ABOUT
EVAN LIBBY
I grew up fishing on the Skagit & Sammish rivers with my dad and brothers and developed my love of river fishing. When I bought my first drift boat in 2004, my interest intensified and I've been honing my skills ever since. I left my 20 year career in trucking to officially become a guide in 2017 and it's been the best decision I've ever made.
As a fishing guide, I strive to leave every river exactly as I found it (or better). I also like to stay current on the latest ethical practices like getting away from lead-based tackle and using motors with lower emissions. Every little bit helps.
When I'm not on the river, you can find me hanging with my 7-year-old daughter, jogging, scooping dog poop in the backyard (ha), or playing my guitar in the basement.
